Tap&Park is the official app to easily and immediately pay for parking.
With Tap&Park there is no need to look for a parking meter or use coins for payment. With a simple operation, it is possible to pay for the actual parking cost. An alert warns when the time available is about to expire, which can be easily extended even away from the vehicle.
With Tap&Park you can also buy monthly, quarterly and annual passes to park in the ZCS.
To use this service of ground-parking payment by the hour or with a pass, you must download the app from your preferred store onto your smartphone and follow the instructions to recharge your ‘purse’ and park.
To buy a pass, you don’t need to recharge your ‘purse’: payment will be made directly by credit card through a bank gateway.
Non-residents of the City of Florence with hybrid or electric vehicles receive a 50% discount. After having downloaded the app and registered in the "Tap&Park" section, you need to send an email to backofficeonline@serviziallastrada.it with an attachment showing the front and back of the vehicle ID card of the vehicle registered and specifying if it is a hybrid or fully electric; an email of confirmation will be sent back by the appropriate office.
