has instituted a conciliation body to which clients may appeal after
having first spoken with the Complaint Office, if they are not
satisfied with the replies they have obtained.
The
conciliation body is composed of a member of the board of
administration and a representative of a consumer protection
association chosen by the client. If the client does not choose his
or her own representative, a representative will be assigned by
automatic rotation from one of the associations which have
undersigned the agreement.
